Teriyaki Chicken Wings

I found this recipe over at Elle's New England Kitchen while I was browsing my favorite food blogs. I thought it would be great for Super Bowl food. The flavor was excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly, but the skin was not as crispy as we like. Next time we make these, I think I'll put them under the broiler for just a bit after they've finished cooking.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings
3 lbs chicken wings
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil (we used olive oil)
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 Mix all ingredients.
2 Add wings and marinate at least 8 hours.
3 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
4 Remove to a cooling rack after cooking. (I just put them on a plate to serve)
